This is me at the end of the teaching day, after walking across a windy campus.

I am a science teacher at Alta Loma High School in Rancho Cucamonga California. Home of the Braves. It is one of eight comprehensive high schools in the Chaffey Joint Union High School District.

I am not a native Californian. I grew up in a small town in northern Michigan. I went to the University of Michigan, and Eastern Michigan University.

In my free time, I sing in the folk choir at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rancho Cucamonga.

My major hobby is historical reenactment of Elizabethan England with the Guild of Saint Ives. We portray the life of the emerging middle class, including merchants and craftsmen.
